Welcome! I am so glad you're here.
You are probably here because you are considering psychotherapy to help you deal with problems or struggles in your life. Rest assured that you are not alone. In fact, most people can benefit from psychotherapy at some point in their lives.
Therapy is an effective means of decreasing psychological and emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Psychotherapy also provides long-lasting benefits and support, giving you the tools you need to cope with difficult situations, challenge negative thought patterns, and improve your interpersonal relationships.
For almost 25 years, I've helped clients with a wide range of concerns in individual and couples' therapy. I have considerable experience with trauma and abuse issues, depression, and anxiety disorders. I also enjoy working with teens & LGBTQ individuals.
I realize that many new patients are apprehensive about starting therapy. It can take courage, but the rewards are usually well worth it. Once we meet, I hope you will find me to be warm, compassionate, open-minded, and accepting. I do my best to meet each person with where they are in life and tailor treatment to their indivudal need. I look forward to working with your to help you feel better and achieve your goals.
I am in-network with most insurance plans and am willing to negotiate fees for clients preferring to self-pay for services.
Please contact my office at (701) 330-5563 if you would like to schedule an appointment.
I look forward to meeting you!
